This presentation outlines E Ink’s leadership in color ePaper signage technology and its expanding global applications. Originating from the MIT Media Lab, E Ink is dedicated to developing ultra-low-power, paper-like displays. The talk introduces key color ePaper platforms – including Spectra™ 6, Kaleido™ 3, Marquee™, and Gallery™– enabling larger sizes, improved color performance, and reliable operation in diverse environments.
With large-format color ePaper displays reaching up to 75 inches, E Ink is extending beyond eReaders into retail signage, public information systems, transportation, and out-of-home advertising. Addressing market needs such as energy efficiency, frequent content updates, and ESG requirements, E Ink’s solutions offer low power consumption, wireless updates, and low total cost of ownership. Color ePaper signage provides a sustainable alternative to conventional displays, supporting smarter and greener visual communication.
