Maximising your company’s presence at ISE goes beyond your booth on the show floor.
We offer a range of complimentary services to communicate your latest news and developments among members of the media and ISE attendees.

Through the EBO, you can upload up to three press releases (no word count limit). These will appear on the digital floorplan so visitors and media can easily access your latest updates and product news.
The Digital Press Office is an extremely useful resource for media – it will contain all exhibitor press kits in one place, allowing media to find exactly what they need as efficiently as possible.
It’s easy to submit your Digital Press Kits for ISE 2026. Follow the simple steps below to ensure media can access your press materials during and after the show.
How to upload your Press Kit:
1. CREATE A FOLDER: Add all of your ISE Press Materials into one folder on your own computer. Name the folder using your exhibiting name and stand number
2. OPEN the ISE 2025 Digital Press Office Dropbox
3. DRAG AND DROP your Press Kit folder into Dropbox (Note: some browsers may just move files – don’t worry, we can tidy them into a folder for you if this happens)
4. PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to access the material once uploaded, so please ensure materials are final. For any changes or additions, please contact us on ISE@wildwoodplus.com. Please do not upload multiple versions of the same folder into the press kit.
5. AT SHOW – HOT NEWS: You can upload any NEWS or SHOW IMAGES during ISE to this Dropbox – just make sure to call it HOT NEWS with your Stand Number and we will alert the media from the show floor.
6. Wildwood Plus will share the link to the ISE Digital Press Kit with press on the first day of the show at 8am. It will also be accessible in the ISE Press Office (ground floor by the South Entrance).
From December onwards, exhibitors can submit their press events to be featured in the online Press Events Schedule.

The ISE Daily is a long-standing partnership between Integrated Systems Europe and Installation Magazine publisher Future to provide the official show daily publication for the world’s leading systems integration and AV trade show.
Each hall has a dedicated Daily reporter who will be your main point of contact for submitting news stories/press releases for consideration in the Daily publications and newsletters.

If you have news that you would like to be considered for the Daily, please send it to your dedicated hall reporter along with a high-resolution image of the product or service being promoted, or other relevant accompanying imagery.
Please also include your ISE stand number with each submission.
Top-tier media including Forbes and The Financial Times will attend ISE 2026 to explore developments in AV and systems integration.

Before the show, beginning in December, we will share a copy of the registered media list. The list helps exhibitors understand which publications will attend and enables them to reach out to them directly.
