By scanning your badge on a Lead retrieval device by an exhibitor / sponsor or by registering with an exhibitor supplied code you will be providing the exhibitor / sponsor with your personal contact data (as disclosed when registering). The exhibitor / sponsor may contact you about their products or services.
Your rights: the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, as well as the rights of data portability and restriction of processing that are set forth in the additional information.

You should ensure that all details you provide to ISE for the purpose of ordering services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the services ordered. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform ISE as soon as possible.
All purchases are non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, subject to Section below and any mandatory, statutory rights.
Refunds: You may cancel your order within seven days without recourse unless the event for which you have registered will begin less than seven days from the date of your order, by sending notice of cancellation by e-mail to registration@iseurope.org. To be valid, such notice must include your name, address and your registration reference code, and your confirmation email. A full refund will be issued for registration cancellation to the credit card account that was used for the purchase within 7 days after receipt of your cancellation notification. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received after March 17, 2021.
Cancelling the Event, Moving the Date of the Event. ISE BV may cancel the Event or move the date of the Event unilaterally if the local authorities prohibit the Event to be held on the date originally scheduled AND/OR if ISE BV determines in its reasonable discretion that holding the event on the date originally scheduled would constitute an unreasonable risk for attendees and/or exhibitors.In such event, ISE shall only be obliged to refund the amount paid by the User for the registration fee but does not, as accept liability for any other cost items, such as transport or accommodation.
Accreditation cancellation: If any kind of fraudulent use of accreditation by the User is detected, ISE reserves the right to cancel the aforementioned accreditation without prior notice. In this event, the ISE will be exempt from any claims for possible direct and/or indirect costs that this cancellation might incur for the User, such as the registration fee, transport costs, accommodation, subsistence allowances, etc., for which the User will be entirely responsible.

IdentificationYou agree to carry your government-issued photo identification in the form of a passport or EU national ID card with you at all times during the event. You will be required to show such identification upon request. You are responsible for providing accurate personal data while registering for the event. ISE is not liable for any damages that may result from the submission of incomplete or inaccurate information.
Processing of ordersPayments will be processed by Stripe, neither ISE nor Fira de Barcelona will receive any credit card details. Stripe will also not pass on your credit or debit card details to any other party.
Your credit or debit card account will be debited before your badge is printed. All prices include applicable sales taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in Barcelona, Spain. Spanish law shall govern every aspect of any contractual relationships arising out of the use of this website.
Information of your interest
As a professional visitor, we inform you that in the event that you voluntarily agree that, during the Event, an Exhibitor and/or Partner can scan your professional pass through the Lead Retrieval system, you also know and accept that by use of this service, you will share information with said Exhibitor/Partner. This information includes data that you have provided as a professional visitor such as: company data, professional contact and commercial interests. We also inform you that this data may be used by the Exhibitor/Partner to offer you products or services related to your commercial interests. ISE is committed to providing a trade show environment in which all participants feel safe and are treated with respect. In order to create that environment, participants are expected to maintain appropriate standards of behaviour by refraining from conduct that that may be (or perceived to be) harmful to themselves, other participants, ISE staff and/or other third parties. Types of conduct that ISE considers inappropriate include, but is not limited to: (1) harassment, which is defined for purposes of this policy to include (i) offensive and unwelcome conduct based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation; (2) offensive gestures and verbal comments; (3) deliberate intimidation; (4) stalking; (5) sustained disruption of talks or other events; (6) inappropriate physical contact; and (7) unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease inappropriate behaviour are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the ISE event.
z. Attendees, speakers, volunteers, guests, members, and contractors are encouraged, but, not required, to inform the harasser that their conduct is unwelcome. Regardless of whether the harasser is directly confronted, speakers, volunteers, guests, members, contractors, attendees must promptly report the conduct to ISE to investigate and address the conduct. If a participant is in immediate danger, hotel security or local law enforcement should be informed promptly, prior to notifying ISE.
aa. When notified of individuals who are engaging or who have engaged in harassing behaviour, ISE may take any action they deem appropriate, ranging from a simple warning to expulsion from the current and/or future ISE meetings, conferences and events, or in the case of ISE employees, taking appropriate disciplinary action. Decisions to ban individuals from future ISE events or take disciplinary action against ISE employees is in the sole discretion of ISE.
Photography and Image Release – As an attendee, you may take photographs for your own private use. No commercial photography, filming or recording of any part of the Event is allowed without ISE’s prior written consent press@iseurope.org. For the avoidance of doubt, you may not video, film, transmit or otherwise record (including audio recordings) any seminar, session, exhibit or attendee without the prior written consent of ISE. All photographic rights are reserved by ISE. ISE may at its sole discretion arrange for photographs and/or video and/or sound recordings to be made at or in connection with Event. In consideration for being granted admission to ISE as an attendee you agree to be photographed and/or recorded whilst attending the Event and hereby: (i) grant ISE permission to use all photographs and recordings featuring you (the “Images”) throughout the world in connection with advertising, reporting on and promoting ISE and any related activities in all and any media including without limitation in ISE’s publications, presentations, promotional materials, broadcasts, advertising of ISE’s services including without limitation on ISE’s websites, newsletters and other promotional materials, regardless of medium; and (ii) consent to ISE storing copies of the Images for those purposes in any location and to ISE storing your contact details in connection with the Images.
bb. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to place an order. Anyone caught fully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. ISE tracks the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order placed on the ISE website to enable ISE and all law enforcement authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on the ISE website.
cc. ISE may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and such new Terms and Conditions will come into effect when uploaded to this website. The amended Term and Conditions shall apply to any purchase made after such date.
dd. These Terms and Conditions shall apply when ISE accepts your order by e-mail. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between ISE and you relating to your purchase. ISE advises that you print these Terms and Conditions and keep safe a copy once your order has been accepted by ISE.
ee. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms will remain.
ff. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Spain and any controversy arising in connection with the same will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.
gg. Due to the business nature and congestion at ISE, show days or teardown. Children 16 and older must register, pay the appropriate fee and be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 16 to 18 are admitted on show days with the understanding that they are the sole responsibility of an accompanying adult.
According to the recommendations and standards established by the World Health Organization and/or by the national authorities for the control of diseases with an infection risk, including epidemics and/or pandemics, the visitor agrees to strictly comply with the protocols implemented by ISE at all times for the health and safety guarantee at its events.
