Is ISE operating shuttle buses this year?
To provide more travel options to and from the show, we are running free shuttle buses between the Fira and Plaça Espanya.
From 09:30 to 12:00, buses will take ISE attendees from Plaça Espanya to the Fira's North Access.
From 16:00 to 20:00, buses will take attendees from the North and South Accesses back to Plaça Espanya.
Plaça Espanya has been chosen as it is a central location with excellent transportation links to other parts of the city.
How do I get hold of my free public transportation ticket?
You can collect your free public transportation ticket from one of the information points inside the South and East Access. It can be used on all metro services and buses within the city (including to the airport), and is valid for 96 hours from first use.
Do I need to download the app?
Yes. You must download the app to access your ticket for printing. You must bring your printed ticket with you to enter the show each day.
The app is also a handy source of information about the show, and gives you the ability to create your own agenda of events and exhibitors to visit.
How do I log into the app?
You need to use your myISE credentials – that is, the email address and password that you used when registering for the show. If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the show registration page and click on ‘Forgot your password?’ in the top right-hand corner.
How do I access my ticket?
Your ticket can only be obtained via the app. Here's what you need to do:
- From the app, send your badge to yourself via email
- The email contains a clickable button to download your badge as a PDF
- Either print the PDF directly or download it to print later
- Be sure to print your badge before you leave for Barcelona, and bring it with you to the Fira.
