Is ISE operating shuttle buses this year?
We are once again running free shuttle buses between the Fira and Plaça Espanya.
- From 09:00 to 12:00, buses will take ISE attendees from Plaça Espanya to the Fira's North Access.
- From 16:00 to 20:00 (14:00 to 18:00 on Friday), buses will take attendees from the North and South Accesses back to Plaça Espanya.
Additionally, there will be a shuttle bus service between the North and South Accesses between 10:00 and 14:00, Tuesday to Thursday.
How do I get hold of my free public transportation ticket?
You can collect your free public transportation ticket from one of the information points inside the South and East Access. It can be used on all metro services and buses within the city (including to the airport), and is valid for 96 hours from first use.
Do I need to download the app?
We strongly recommend that you download the app, as it is an excellent source of information about the show. It gives you the ability to create your own agenda of events and exhibitors to visit, and also features live wayfinding and a chatbot function. If you lose your badge during the show, you can use the app to obtain a replacement.
How do I log into the app?
You need to use your myISE credentials – that is, the email address and password that you used when registering for the show. If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the
show registration page and click on ‘Forgot your password?’ in the top right-hand corner.
