Taíla Borges

Taíla Borges has been working in the cultural sector for 23 years, acting as a manager, producer, filmmaker, and videographer. In the audiovisual field, she studied film directing, videography, and 3D character creation, which led her to work on productions of short films, dance videos, and independent music videos.

In public administration, she works on the implementation of public policies and the programming of artistic actions. Since 2021, already at the State Secretariat of Culture and Creative Economy (SECEC-RJ), she was a member of the Direct Funding Notices Management Committee (COMISEAP), contributing to the preparation and development of notices for the artistic and cultural areas, which welcomed applicants throughout the state of Rio de Janeiro, from the State Culture Fund, and since August 2023 she has held the position of Superintendent of Audiovisual at SECEC - RJ, working on the implementation of programs and actions that strengthen the area inside and outside the State of Rio de Janeiro.
