Susana Escarabajal Martínez
Susana is Global Head of Prospects and Technical Advisory for Global Security. Prior to her current position she has held different management positions in Telefónica Group including Global Head of Strategy and Critical Projects, Alliances in Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America. Former to this responsibility she was appointed Global Head of Digital Transformation, Director of Pre-Sales, Engineering and Operations for Corporate Segment (America & Europe), Quality, Customer Care and Strategic Planning. During last 20 years she held special assignments to manage very critical scenarios across the Group in different countries due to natural disasters (earthquakes and hurricanes) as well as the pandemic to guarantee business operations and employees safety.
Susana has a Master´s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Executive MBA. She completed her studies in USA - Inside Program in Law, Banking and Foreign Affairs by Georgetown University. She has flexible and multicultural style after living in Spain, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, México, Belgium and France and long assignment in United States (New York & Miami).
