Percelle Ascott
Percelle Ascott is a British actor, entrepreneur and co-founder of Wall of Productions a trailblazing production company he established alongside longtime collaborator and business partner Joivan Wade.
Since launching in 2015 as Wall of Comedy, the company has grown, as Wall of Entertainment, into an award-winning entertainment powerhouse, fusing production, talent management, social marketing and brand collaborations to deliver high-impact content for youth audiences across digital platforms.
As one of the CEOs of Wall of Entertainment, Percelle plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s creative direction and business strategy. He oversees all productions as an executive producer and is deeply involved in content development. His creative influence is evident in projects such as the viral hit Shiro’s Story, Netflix’s What Would You Do sketches, Talk That Talk for Prime Video, and a host of popular YouTube series in partnership with FootAsylum. He also wrote and produced the critically acclaimed short film Joy and stars in Stance, an upcoming boxing drama he co-developed with Wade.
Wall of Entertainment’s most recent project, The Mad House, is a Sky Original for their Digital Shorts series, premiering on Sky TV’s YouTube channel. The series showcases some of the UK’s freshest and exciting up-and-coming comedy talent, and underscores the company’s commitment to innovative, youth-driven storytelling. The Mad House launches on 22 April.
Beyond his entrepreneurial success, Percelle is an accomplished actor with a growing list of high-profile credits. He has appeared in acclaimed productions including the BBC’s Doctor Who and Sky’s Tin Star, sharing the screen with industry icons such as Tim Roth, Guy Pearce, David Walliams, and Matt Lucas. He starred as co-lead in the BFI-funded feature The Weekend and earned widespread recognition for his lead role in Netflix’s I Came By alongside Kelly Macdonald, Hugh Bonneville, and George MacKay. His performances in lead roles in Netflix’s supernatural series The Innocents and the BBC’s Domino Day further showcase his versatility and depth as a performer.
In recognition of his influence and contributions to entertainment and culture, Percelle was named on the prestigious JP Morgan Powerlist of the 100 Most Influential Black Britons for two consecutive years 2024 and 2025.
