Néstor Nocetti

As co-founder, Néstor leads Globant's relationships with governments, chambers of commerce and civil society to continue expanding the company’s global presence, as well as advocating for the tech sector as an engine for development in emerging markets.

During the early days of Globant, Néstor was responsible for the operational development and delivery to ensure the young company met its objectives for non-stop growth. His background in the hard engineering sciences, having worked on energy projects throughout Latin America, gives him executive clarity to assign the right resources to meet the desired objectives.

Recognizing the need for building talent from the ground up, Néstor is an advocate for educational systems empowering the next generation of professionals. Additionally, he takes an active role in passing on his expertise in entrepreneurship to the community, emphasizing the role of teamwork in building successful companies by speaking at many renowned universities and business associations. While Néstor loves all things tech, he recognizes the necessary human element in creativity, passion and innovation to make it work.

Together with his three fellow Globant co-founders, Néstor was recognized Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2005. He holds a degree in electronic engineering from the National University of La Plata and a title in business direction from IAE Business School.
