María Eugenia Lombardi
María Eugenia Lombardi is an Argentine writer, director and producer with over 15 years of experience in the audiovisual field. She is the founder of 80 Mundos SRL (Argentina) and works as creative producer for Ginevra Films SRLS (Italy) and Damita Joe SL (Spain). She is a board member of the Audiovisual Cluster of Buenos Aires (BACA) and a member of APIMA, CIMA and the Argentine Academy of Film.
Her work includes award-winning documentaries and fiction films such as Las tareas, Afromilonga, Los Xey, and Noemí Gold, with international co-productions across Latin America, Europe and Africa. She directed the feature VIDA, focused on trans rights, and is the author of the novel Emilia y las invisibles, currently being adapted into a series.
She has participated in programs such as EAVE Slate, Ji.Hlava Emerging Producers, and AVIVA Cine, and regularly serves as jury member for international festivals and funding institutions.
