AVNation is a dynamic, independent media platform dedicated to the audio visual and pro AV industry. Founded in 2011, AVNation began as a small community of industry professionals sharing knowledge and experiences. Its first show—AVWeek—aired in July 2011, and since then the network has grown to deliver a broad range of video, audio, podcast, and written content covering everything from lighting, control, and AVoIP to enterprise and higher education environments. 

AVNation’s mission is to educate, inform and connect the AV industry by offering high quality podcasts and stories anchored in real world experience. Many of its hosts and contributors are active industry leaders and integrators, bringing hands on perspectives to topics such as system design, integration, collaboration tools, and emerging technologies.

At its core, AVNation is powered by community—connecting integrators, manufacturers, and enthusiasts to celebrate innovation and elevate the global conversation in AV.
