Attendees will learn how embracing your unique identity – even when you feel like an “outsider” – can shape a fearless approach to leadership and storytelling.

Through real-life examples of breaking age and industry barriers in male-dominated spaces, you'll discover how choosing audacity over obstacles can become the cornerstone of success. This session will inspire everyone to push past limits, build authentic connections, and leave with a motivating question: "Can I?"

This panel brings together women, allies, and industry groups to share insights, build connections, and inspire meaningful change.

Moderator Sam Phenix will invite the panellists to share their experiences as women who have pushed boundaries in the industry and to explore the power of community - how connection and mentorship can transform careers. Their perspectives will help attendees see what’s possible and inspire the next generation of leaders.

Following the panel discussion, Eva Argandoña will share her personal career journey and her connection to COITT, the professional association representing technical telecommunications engineers and students in Spain. We then invite everyone to join us for a networking reception to continue the conversation and make meaningful connections.
