Our industry needs to adapt to the global issues of climate change, nature loss and social resilience. We are both part of the problem and part of the solution. Presented by AVIXA and CEDIA, this workshop aims to help ISE delegates to understand this, think through with others the impact and opportunity presented by these challenges and how they can profit from these opportunities.
The workshop is led by Simon Brown who is a business owner, entrepreneur and adviser who has focused the last 20 years on sustainable innovation. Currently he works as a consultant to corporates and growth businesses, is a special advisor to one of Europe’s largest Private Equity firms and a founding shareholder in successful SaaS and EcoTech businesses.
Delegates will be guided through an interactive and practical workshop working with peers from our industry to:
- Understand the problem, why it matters to you and where you can take action
- Apply key frameworks to assess your impact, opportunity and build a plan of action
- Make the case for spending time and money on delivering this plan
Participants will each have a mini-workbook with templates for each exercise and references for follow on guidance.
