Production Futures Apprentice of the Year
Holly began her events industry career in September 2022 as a Live Events Technician apprentice with Access Industry, completing practical training with Zeal, a lighting company specializing in production, design, and visuals. She achieved a distinction in June 2023 after an end-point assessment involving a lighting setup, rig testing, troubleshooting, and theory questions. During her apprenticeship, Holly gained valuable on-site experience and developed skills in prep work, fixture and cable types, health and safety, and equipment maintenance and repair at Zeal's warehouse. She is now a full-time production technician with Zeal, continuing to expand her expertise in the field.
