Gavin Lantzy

Gavin Lantzy, President and CEO of SaaviHome Lantzy is a distinguished entrepreneur and visionary leader with a proven track record of transforming innovative concepts into thriving enterprises. He identified his strength as a business leader early on. While in college, he helped grow the entrepreneurial training program, College Works Painting, which taught college students how to run their own profitable painting businesses. Lantzy helped guide the program to an annual revenue exceeding $40 million across the United States, which he successfully sold in 2013. After which he took over SaaviHome from his father, and over the last decade, has led its expansion by integrating cutting-edge technology solutions — including audio/video, Wi-Fi networking, surveillance/security, blinds and shades, lighting control and whole house automation — positioning the brand to be a leader in home technology installation. In August 2023, Lantzy launched SaaviHome as a smart home technology franchise opportunity to help entrepreneurs tap the 20-billion-dollar home integration industry with a proven turnkey business program—an entirely new franchise concept for business leaders. His goal is to grow SaaviHome nationally into new markets by delivering best-in-class technology solutions. The company aims to be the premier home technology installation brand by helping customers take advantage of smart technology that will help them to relax, recharge, entertain, and feel safe at home. In addition to his professional achievements, Lantzy actively contributes to the community through leadership in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization. He resides in Denver with his wife and two children. When he’s not talking business, he can be found in the great outdoors, skiing, mountain biking, and camping.
