Varun leads Global Learning and Development for Customer Service at Netflix. The team supports over 6000+ outsourced customer service professionals in 26 languages and several internal technical teams at Netflix with training programs and solutions. Prior to Netflix, Varun has worked in the aviation industry in HR and L&D driven roles giving him tremendous exposure to customer and employee experiences and how people, culture and learning impact them.  He lives in Amsterdam and loves to travel. Fun fact – he has visited over a hundred cities worldwide.
