Suzy Liem

Susanna (Susy) Liem is a technology executive with deep expertise in collaboration, conferencing, and cloud‑based audio platforms. She currently serves as Vice President of Product Management for Collaboration and Conferencing at Shure, where she leads strategy and execution across the portfolio and drives the vision for ShureCloud—now a flagship platform for managing networked audio devices and empowering IT and AV teams with scalable, secure, and intuitive capabilities.

Susy is known for her hands‑on, collaborative leadership style—building strong cross‑functional partnerships, modernizing processes, and accelerating innovation. She is also leading Shure’s expansion into software commerce and shaping enterprise‑focused messaging and strategic alliances across the company.

Before joining Shure, Susy spent 19 years at Cisco, where she played a key role in advancing Unified Communications and collaboration platforms such as Webex, while also driving growth in emerging markets. She later served as Vice President of Product Management and Alliances at Avaya, leading the company’s CCaaS strategy and transition to cloud‑based contact center solutions.

Susy holds several patents in integrated wireline–wireless systems and telephony interconnect services. She earned both her B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University, where her graduate research in artificial intelligence continues to inform her leadership and innovation in the AV and communications industries.
