I began my career at SMC on the reception desk back in 2015, and moved into the Aftercare team a couple of years later. In my role now as Aftercare Manager, I oversee the service delivery of over 300 maintenance-contracted clients and many more PAYG clients, across AV, IT, security, and intruder alarm systems, in line with our bespoke SLA requirements. My focus is on building strong client relationships, optimising operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent, high-quality support across all of our contracted and non-contract client properties.
