Sam Connolly brings over 15 years of experience in live event lighting and has earned numerous accolades, including the TPMEA Lighting Designer award in 2022 and 2024, an Emmy for his work on the Fox Studio Project in Qatar, and the Best Lighting and Sound Solution award in 2023.
As the Head of Lighting at Creative Technology, Sam focuses on technical innovation and operational excellence, driving the department's growth and capabilities. With extensive knowledge of GrandMA2, Vectorworks, and lighting design, Sam has played a pivotal role in managing a diverse range of lighting equipment and delivering high-profile projects across the GCC region.
His leadership has helped position Creative Technology as a leader in the live event lighting industry, recognized for pushing creative and technical boundaries.
