Ruben Evens is a strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience in the international events industry, built through a long and evolving career at Tomorrowland. Starting as a stagehand and progressing through increasingly strategic commercial roles, he has developed a deep, end-to-end understanding of large-scale event operations, audience engagement, and experiential brand building.

Across two decades, Ruben has worked closely with globally recognized brands such as Red Bull, Tesla, and Tomorrowland, contributing to strategic planning, campaign development, and the execution of high-impact brand and event activations. His cross-functional expertise in marketing, sales, and growth enables him to translate commercial objectives into measurable outcomes within fast-moving and high-visibility environments.

Ruben now serves within Tomorrowland Ventures, the M&A and investment arm of Tomorrowland. In this role, he leverages his extensive industry experience to evaluate market opportunities, guide strategic investments, and support portfolio companies in scaling their go-to-market and growth strategies.
