Ricky Ong

Ricky Ong is a technology and unified communications professional based in the Netherlands, working across the BeNeLux region and representing Yealink, a global leader in enterprise communication solutions. His career began at Tiptel and later expanded through roles at Lydis AV-UC Distributor and Crestron, where he built strong expertise in unified communications, Pro AV, and collaboration technologies.

Today, he focuses on integrated UC and Pro AV solutions, supporting partners and customers through technical enablement, product education, and real-world use cases. Actively engaged in the industry ecosystem, he collaborates with peers, connects with customers, and regularly participates in events such as Integrated Systems Europe (ISE).

Driven by a passion for the future of work, he shares insights on technology, productivity, and leadership, believing that the right digital tools can make work both more effective and more human.
