
Neave Spikings
Neave Spikings is a Senior Systems Engineer at dB Broadcast who started her career in the broadcast and media industry volunteering as Chief Engineer for the oldest legal independent radio station in the UK, University Radio York. After graduating from university, she freelanced as a Broadcast Engineer before joining ITV Coronation Street full-time as a Support Engineer. Following this she moved to dB Broadcast, where she works on a range of projects and proposals across the broadcast and media industry, designing and building solutions from archive technology to ST2110 over IP infrastructure. In 2021, she won Rise’s international Rising Star award for women who are considered stand-out performers, innovators, and emerging leaders in the broadcast & media industry.
