Mike Steinbrecher

Mike began his career as a lighting and sound operator in the live events industry, touring extensively throughout Europe. During this time, he gained deep hands-on experience with media servers, particularly Pandoras Box, which led to his role within the Pandoras Box technical support team.

Building on this strong technical foundation, he transitioned into sales at Coolux and later Christie, where he held global responsibility for key product lines including Pandoras Box, Widget Designer, Terra, and Spyder. In these roles, he worked closely with partners and customers around the world, translating complex technology into practical, creative solutions.

He later spent three and a half years at Ventuz, leading global sales and gaining valuable insight into the rapidly evolving field of real-time graphics. This was followed by a brief but impactful role as Director of Global Sales at ioversal.

Today, he is part of Ross Video, where he is responsible for Business Development within the Experiential Technologies department, helping drive innovation across live events, immersive installations, and experience-driven environments.
