I’ve worked at South West Water based in Exeter, Devon for the last 12 years, exclusively within our company Control Room in varying role capacities. My current title is ‘Service Support Centre Manager’ essentially Control Room Manager, overseeing operational activities 24/7 365. I’m currently chairman of an industry forum, where fellow member water company control rooms meet twice a year to discuss the challenges we face, network, and share best practices.
