Kasia Maynard

Kasia Maynard is an experienced researcher, writer, and editor specialising in the future of work, workplace strategy, and the impact of emerging technologies on work environments. She is Head of Research and Editorial at WORKTECH Academy, a global knowledge platform exploring innovation in the workplace. In this role, she leads research programmes, curates editorial content, and works closely with industry partners to deliver thought leadership across corporate real estate, workplace design, HR, and technology sectors.

With a background spanning urban planning, journalism, and design research, Kasia has developed a multi-disciplinary perspective on how work is changing. Her previous roles include working with Gensler’s Research Institute as a strategist and communicator, contributing to high-profile research on hybrid work, workplace performance, and the return to office.

Kasia is also a Research Lead at Women in Innovation (WIN), where she supports initiatives that champion equity and diversity in innovation-focused industries. She was named in the Workplace Leaders Top 50 for 2024 and regularly moderates panels, presents at industry events, and publishes insights on global workplace trends.
