Juha Kuosmanen leads the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP) team developing an enterprise-grade software platform built on AOSP, with strong focus on collaboration and IoT. MDEP's mission is to deliver a software platform that meets the highest standards of security, reliability, ease of deployment, and innovation. Prior to his current role, Juha has led multiple product lines at Microsoft and Nokia focusing on SW/HW platform development, as well as audio & camera devices, smartphones, and automotive products. During his 25+ year career, Juha has led teams that have shipped over 2 billion products and built diverse Product, Engineering, and Quality teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
