Josh Bunce

Josh Bunce is a founder-led CEO building one of the most ambitious digital lead groups in the Audio visual and tech space. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IUF Group, he leads a global portfolio of five specialist brands delivering technology at scale across retail, sport, transport, and commercial real estate.

Josh began building the business in 2018 with Inurface Media, transforming it into the global IUF Group, with offices around the world.  Under his leadership, the group designs and deploys end-to-end AV ecosystems, immersive digital experiences, retail media platforms, IoT integrations, and large-scale LED infrastructure for global clients.

With over 17 years of experience, Josh is a founder with grit , scaling complex digital systems that drive commercial performance and impactful physical spaces. His focus is long-term growth, with a clear target to build a £100m global group by 2030.
