Jason is a London-based marketing leader with over 15 years driving marketing campaigns at culture-shifting organisations such as MTV, Universal Music, Netflix and Meta. He’s led campaigns for global pop acts such as One Direction, Fifth Harmony and Tinie Tempah as well as across global TV series such as Top Boy.
As MOBO Awards Digital Lead, he spearheaded online strategy to amplifying Black music’s premier event to new audiences in partnership with YouTube as founder of the marketing agency, Hypebrid.
Most recently, he broke into the world of entertainment tech at Meta, driving adoption of AI within TV & Film to enhance content discovery and fan growth.
