Irena Andonova

Irena Andonova is Head of Product for Microsoft Teams Devices and Management. As one of the original founders of the Teams Devices business, she has helped define its long-term vision and scale the portfolio into a global category leader. She leads product strategy across shared and personal devices and has delivered major innovations such as the Pro Management service.

She now leads Microsoft’s AI strategy for physical collaboration spaces, focused on infusing spatial intelligence, recognition technologies, and proactive device insights into Teams Rooms and device management. Irena’s work accelerates the shift toward AI-native meeting spaces, where devices understand the room, adapt to participants, and enable more intuitive and immersive collaboration.
