Greg Baribault
Greg Baribault is the Vice President of Product & Portfolio Management for HP where he leads the team defining the future of hybrid work. He is driven by a passion for empowering people in any location, together or remote, to connect in authentic human ways and do their best work. Greg believes that true connection and inclusion happens when the services, devices, AI, and physical spaces come together seamlessly, putting people first.
Greg oversees the product management, research, and product marketing teams delivering the industry’s broadest portfolio of phones, headsets, video collaboration systems, and desktop peripheral devices. Greg is also responsible for the software and AI investments that bring these devices to life to deliver HP’s vision of the Future of Work. This portfolio is designed to meet people wherever they choose to work, from personal spaces, on the go, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), and native room systems. Beyond the core product lineup, Greg and his team collaborate closely with a network of world-class channel partners, integrators, service providers, and manufacturers to create customer-centric experiences at scale.
Greg joined HP in 2024 to bring his background in hardware and software product management, customer-centric product making and storytelling to this dynamic space. Prior to HP, Greg spent over 25 years at Microsoft where he led product groups responsible for Teams Rooms, collaboration and productivity services, and worked closely with global partners to seamlessly integrate these productivity experiences into the employee experience. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts. Greg and his family enjoy an active lifestyle in the Seattle, WA area. He’s an avid cyclist, triathlete, and spends weekends cheering from the sidelines at youth lacrosse games.
