Georgios is responsible for Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, Web Conferencing and Live Streaming. His research interests include sustainable e-learning technologies, AR / VR technologies, wireless technologies, and information security. He is a member of Google Developers Group (GDG). In 2021-2022 he was selected to serve as an ambassador of the EPICUR (European Partnership for an Innovative Campus Unifying Regions) the European University Alliance.
