Eamon Drew

Eamon Drew is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Turtle AV, a global technology company delivering advanced Dante and AV over IP solutions for the professional integration market. With more than two decades of experience building and scaling AV brands, Eamon leads Turtle AV’s sales, marketing, and brand strategy as part of a shared leadership structure that guides the company’s rapid growth and product direction. Before establishing Turtle AV, Eamon was a Co-Founder of BirdDog, contributing to the global rise of NDI-based video workflows, and the Founder of Blonde Robot, one of ANZ’s most influential distributors in digital cinema, production, and broadcast technology.

Under its co-founder leadership, Turtle AV has expanded quickly across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and was recently recognised as AV Start Up of the Year at the prestigious AV Awards. Eamon continues to focus on strengthening the company’s global presence and long-term partner relationships.
