Daniel Sennheiser

Daniel Sennheiser (born 1973) has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sennheiser Group since January 1, 2026. In this position, he focuses on the long-term strategic direction of the company. Previously, he co-led the family business as Co-CEO together with his brother Dr. Andreas Sennheiser. 

During their twelve years of joint responsibility as co-CEOs, Daniel and Andreas Sennheiser successfully realigned the Sennheiser Group by focusing on the professional audio business, strengthening the independence of production and the flexibility of the supply chain, and consistently placing customer focus at the heart of the company. In doing so, they successfully positioned Sennheiser to expand its strong position in the global audio market. 

Since joining the family business, Daniel has been a driving force behind innovative ways of working – always with the company's values and strong culture in mind.
