Quit treating your huddle rooms like conference rooms
Simon Dudley
Director Product Strategy
Huddle rooms are the lifeblood of your organisation, but they're not 'just another meeting room.' These ad-hoc meeting spaces have unique needs when it comes to AV design and deployment, but many offerings take a band-aid approach that creates a sub-optimal experience for people in the room and at the far end. This session will explore best practices and key considerations for equipping huddle rooms for optimal collaboration. In this session, we will: Educate the audience on best practices in huddle room design with real-world, firsthand insights, help you understand the differences between huddle rooms and standard meeting/conference rooms and how to address the needs of these unique collaboration spaces, and share learnings on pitfalls to avoid when deploying huddle room technologies.
