Tom Rees is Managing Director of AeroAVA, Managing Partner of Audience & Brands, and Co-Chair of the Production Services Association in the UK.
With over 35 years in live events, entertainment and brand marketing, he leads the development of a wide range of audience experiences, installations, creative technologies, story-led drone shows and other engaging environments for public, corporate, retail and broadcast clients worldwide.
A former theatrical engineering design specialist, production manager and independent technology consultant, Tom combines technical governance, safety and innovation with a deep understanding of audiences, helping brands, agencies and production partners harness emerging technologies, strengthen their audience engagement and realise ambitious, technology-rich experiences at scale across markets and diverse cultural contexts.
