Get the most from the biggest-ever ISE
ISE 2024 boasts the largest show floor ever, with a massive 66,000 square metres of exhibitor stand space across eight halls of the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via. The show is on the verge of selling out, with only 14 booths left available as of mid-December.
Here are our suggestions for planning your time at the show.
Browse the exhibitor list: With more exhibitors than ever (over 1200 as of mid-December), making an informed selection of stands to visit has never been more important. Our online exhibitor list is searchable by company name, by product category, or by hall. Use these tools to draw up a shortlist of companies to visit. You can create a free My Show Planner account to save details that you need to remember.
View the conference schedule: Details of ten ISE conferences, including the inaugural European / Latin American AV Summit, are available online now. You may want to consider an all-conference pass if you are looking to attend more than one conference.
Look at the floorplan: Check our floorplan for the location of the stands you want to visit, and arrange your visits in a logical order. As a starting point, you could allocate certain halls to particular days.
Be flexible: Don’t try to fill every minute of your time at the show. Leave time for chance meetings with old colleagues, for checking out exciting new technologies you hear about at the show, and for making accidental discoveries.
Consider a Tech Tour: Fancy spending a couple of hours going behind the scenes of a major AV installation in Barcelona? The Tech Tours programme is available to browse – applications for free tickets open in January.
Allow more time: However much time you think you need at ISE, you’ll probably end up wishing you had more. So build in more time at the outset and avoid disappointment.
