What is your favourite memory from a previous ISE show?

After nine years with ISE, I have many memories – but one of the most memorable ones was Cresfest 2018 with my ISE team/family!

This night was an amazing experience where it reminded me the connection ISE has as a family. No matter how exhausted we are after months of work, we can always find time to enjoy time together!

Where would we usually find you outside of work?

Usually you would find me watching TV series or enjoying my semi-new hobby: running 5 or 10km.

What are your top tips for staying motivated during the current lockdown?

Keep the same routine as if you were going to the office, put make-up on and take breaks from the screen wherever possible! Because there have been no other activities to keep our minds active, I think those that are able to work from home have gotten accustomed to simply give it all your time to keep distracted, so stepping away from my computer was a crucial need for me.

What are you reading right now?

How Emotions Are Made: The Secret Life of the Brain by Lisa Feldman Barrett.

This book explains in detail from the physical chemical reactions in your brain depending of different emotions, all the way to the reason why certain emotions appear such as “flight or fight” and stress. My interest is largely on how our mind works and how it affects our bodies, so this book allows me to see from the most simple aspects of our brain reactions to the most complex aspects of what makes us tick.

What are you currently watching?

All 10 seasons of Shameless (for the second time), Friends and Grey’s Anatomy.

Do you have any pets?

No pets – only plants!

If you were stranded on a desert island, what is the one thing that you would bring with you?

A solar-powered music player with all the music I currently have on my playlist.

If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which three would you pick?

WhatsApp, Pinterest and Instagram.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that most people don’t know about you.

I was one of those kids that knew that growing up meant responsibilities and taxes, so I recall very well thinking I would love to remain seven years old, since I felt that was the best year of my childhood. I was (still am) a gamer and I recall having every single new popular item that year – it was heaven!
