Drawing on extensive international agency experience, Kempa has led and contributed to major projects for some of the world’s most recognized brands, balancing conceptual clarity with design courage and cultural sensitivity. As a founder and creative director at CAML GmbH since 2017, he continues to push the boundaries of experiential design while mentoring the next generation of spatial thinkers. A former lecturer in Corporate Architecture at TH Köln and a graduate of FH Bochum with degrees in Architecture and Corporate Architecture & Architectural Communication, he combines academic rigor with hands-on expertise to create spaces where brands truly come to life.
