ISE is recruiting a Sales AssistantCome and work in our Munich office

Integrated Systems Events is looking for an Assistant (m/f/d) in the Sales Department to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The position is based in Munich and requires a willingness to travel internationally.


Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting our sales projects, e.g. planning, reporting and analysis
  • Planning and creation of mailings with follow-up
  • Organisation of customer events and corresponding travel arrangements
  • Interface to Marketing Department
  • Supporting the cooperation between Sales and other departments
  • Dealing with daily customer requests such as:
    • Price information
    • Exhibition schedule information
    • Venue information
    • System booth ordering
  • Handling inquiries from existing customers for all events
  • Reporting to the Sales Director
  • Active participation at trade shows and conferences


  • Completed commercial training or comparable training
  • First professional experience in the field of sales and customer service
  • Very good organisational skills
  • Independent, responsible and customer-oriented working style
  • Ability to work in a team, personal commitment and pleasure in dealing with people
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Very confident communication in English, both written and spoken, for working with our international team and customers
  • IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Social Media), ideally basic Salesforce knowledge
  • Ideally experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
