CC5.1
Smart Building Summit

With the advancement of Physical AI, sensing technology, and robotics, the era of KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) is nearing its end. Humans and all their senses are about to be pulled back into this physical world, which will need to perform and engage on a deeper level. Digital and physical will be interwoven in new ways, resulting in a redefinition of learn, work and play. Meanwhile, a number of industries including experience design, live entertainment, theater, themed entertainment, commercial AV, smart spaces, exhibit design and new media art, have continued to advance the technological medium designed to augment our real world. With the investment and focus on physical AI, and the potential for more nuanced and personalized human-computer interaction there is an opportunity to define the future of how humans exist in space. Let's not miss this opportunity. The above concepts will be explored through example projects, processes, real-world parallels, along with some hand gestures.
