The same thing happens over and over again. We think we have a problem. We think we can solve it with technology. But then it turns out that it doesn't solve it. Solving problems with technology is harder than you think, but there seems to be only one way forward: even more technology. Only, that technology tends to side with the rules and with the people who like rules until we only talk about rules and no longer about the intention.
