AVIXA and CEDIA will host the fourth edition of this 'invite only' AV matchmaking event at ISE 2026. The Content programme will include 'how to ...' best case practice on CV writing and presenting yourself as well as hearing from key industry leaders on how they got into the industry.

The matchmaking and networking sessions will be a mix of employers and emerging professionals either finishing their studies or looking for a new job opportunity.

At this matchmaking event, jobseekers will bring their CVs and their desire to be the next AV talent. The event is designed to provide these professionals with potentially life-changing career opportunities, as well as give employers a chance to meet excellent job candidates matched to their needs.
