Groundbreaking virtual production technologies & image robotics from film to corporate content creation
The world of XR, (VR, AR, MR & Hybrid) is now well understood and established in content creation. This session brings the latest insights in virtual production for corporates, including techniques such as real-time capturing of an environment and a case study of hybrid VP efficient filming 500 shots, in 7 locations over 2 weeks with a crew of 9.

Florian Gallier, TEDx speaker and Royal Television Society award nominee delves into the entire process of virtual production, covering every stage from pre-production to post-production and will showcase how the latest advancements can enable the filming of an entire content series in a studio environment.

Florian will explain how a technique known as Gaussian Splatting: a groundbreaking technique for producing photorealistic content, simplifies the creation of production-ready 3D scenes, captured rapidly from real-world environments, making it significantly easier to create production-ready content in studio settings compared to traditional methods.

Additionally, Florian will present the use of Mo-Sys robotics. He will also explain how these technologies apply to emerging media markets such as corporate communication, the education sector, and how universities and schools can be equipped with the tools and adapted curricula needed to teach virtual production.
