Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ISE operating shuttle busses this year?

Unlike in Amsterdam, we will not be running a network of shuttle buses. This is because there are excellent public transport links between the Fira and the hotels offered by bnetwork, our official travel and accommodation partner. We are also offering free travel passes to all our attendees.

How do I get hold of my free travel pass?

You can collect your free travel pass from one of the information points inside the South and East Access from 14:00 on Monday 9 May. It can be used on all metro services and buses within the city (including to the airport), and is valid for the four days of ISE 2023.

Where can I find the latest information about Covid protection measures at ISE 2023

Please see our Covid information page for attendees.

Do I need to download the app?

Yes. Because ISE 2023 is using paperless ticketing, you must download the app to access your ticket for entry during show days. It’s also a handy source of information about the show, and gives you the ability to create your own agenda of events and exhibitors to visit.

How do I log into the app?

You need to use your myISE credentials – that is, the email address and password that you used when registering for the show. If you’ve forgotten your password, go to the  show registration page and click on ‘Forgot your password?’ in the top right-hand corner.

How do I access my ticket?

Your ticket can only be obtained via the app. Badges will be available to registered attendees from 18 April.
