When does registration open for ISE 2021?
Registration opens on 1 October 2020.
How can I register for ISE 2021?
Registration can be carried out online at www.iseurope.org from October 2020. Onsite registration is also possible; please note that cash payments are not accepted.
What types of payment do you accept for online ticket purchases?
Please note that we only accept the following methods of payment:
- Sofort Überweisung
- American Express
What is the price of admission?
Admission prices for ISE 2021 will be announced before registration opens.
Any entry ticket grants access to ISE 2021 from Tuesday to Friday.
How do I obtain my badge once I have purchased my ticket online?
Once you have completed your registration you will receive a confirmation email containing an e-ticket with a QR code. Please show the QR code onsite in order to receive your printed badge.
I haven’t received my e-ticket. How do I get it?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email containing your e-ticket, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you check your spam folder first.
Can I show the QR code on my device or must this be printed?
Yes, you may show the code on your phone at the entrance to the show. Please make sure that your screen is bright enough for the code to be scanned.
Can I register on-site?
Yes, you can register at the self-registration areas.
I cannot make it to ISE. Can I get a refund?
Tickets can be cancelled within seven days of ordering, up to 23 December 2020. Please send a cancellation request by email to email@example.com or by fax to +31 (0) 202 402 425, including your name, address and registration reference code.
Your confirmation email and voucher must be attached if you have already received it. Within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation notification, a full refund will be issued to the account that was used for the purchase. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after 23 December 2020.
