Where are the cloakrooms and luggage facilities at the RAI Amsterdam?
The cloakrooms and luggage rooms are located in the registration areas at Entrance B, Entrance C, Entrance E, Entrance F and Entrance L, as well as in the main area outside Halls 1 & 2. Costs are €2 per jacket, €4 per suitcase. The entrances are shown on the online floorplan.
Can I take pictures at the event?
As an attendee, you may take photographs for your own private use. No commercial photography, filming or recording of any part of ISE 2020 is allowed without ISE’s prior written consent (contact firstname.lastname@example.org). For the avoidance of doubt, you may not video, film, transmit or otherwise record (including audio recordings) any seminar, session, exhibit or attendee without the prior written consent of ISE. All photographic rights are reserved by ISE.
ISE may at its sole discretion arrange for photographs and/or video and/or sound recordings to be made at or in connection with ISE 2020. In consideration for being granted admission to ISE as an attendee you agree to be photographed and/or recorded whilst attending ISE 2020 and hereby:
(i) grant ISE permission to use all photographs and recordings featuring you (‘the Images’) throughout the world in connection with advertising, reporting on and promoting ISE and any related activities in all and any media including without limitation in ISE’s publications, presentations, promotional materials, broadcasts, advertising of ISE’s services including without limitation on ISE’s websites, newsletters and other promotional materials, regardless of medium; and (ii) consent to ISE storing copies of the Images for those purposes in any location and to ISE storing your contact details in connection with the Images.
Does the RAI Amsterdam have disabled facilities?
Within the RAI there are multiple disabled facilities, multiple elevators to gain access to the different floors, disabled restrooms, dedicated parking facilities and more. please note that ISE does not offer any personal assistance. Can I park at the RAI Amsterdam during ISE 2020?
The RAI Amsterdam offers more than 4000 indoor parking spaces. Parking costs €4 per hour, up to a maximum of €25 per day.
Are children allowed at ISE?
Due to the business nature and high volume of pedestrian traffic at ISE, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in RAI Amsterdam during ISE build-up, show days or breakdown. Children between 16 and 18 may enter if accompanied by an adult. This information is also mentioned in the online registration portal’s Terms & Conditions.
Is there a location where I can pray at RAI Amsterdam?
A prayer room is situated under the Elicium.
Is smoking permitted inside the RAI Amsterdam?
Smoking and drugs are not permitted in RAI Amsterdam during build-up, show days and breakdown. There are no dedicated smoking areas, other than outdoors. To avoid any inconvenience for non-smokers, please do not smoke directly outside the entrance areas. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in emergency exits. In addition, excessive use of alcohol is not permitted.
Anyone detected smoking in the halls, or using alcohol and/or drugs during build-up or breakdown will be requested to leave the premises with immediate effect without any warning.
Where are the ATM locations at the RAI Amsterdam?
There are ATMs inside Entrance C and outside Hall 2.
Where are the toilets located at the RAI Amsterdam?
Toilets are indicated on multiple signs in the halls and corridors of the RAI. They are also marked on the fold-out floorplan available at the show entrances, and on the floorplan within the ISE app.
Where can one eat and drink at the RAI Amsterdam?
There are over 44 catering points within the RAI, offering multiple choices of cuisine. There are five permanent restaurants, as well as catering areas and food carts and stands all around the RAI. These are marked on the fold-out floorplan available at the show entrances, and on the floorplan within the ISE app.
Where can I find first aid at the RAI Amsterdam?
Three first aid stations, with qualified medical staff onsite, are open during build-up, show times and breakdown. These can be found at the junction of Halls 9, 10 and 11; next to Hall 2; and the underground walkway between the Holland and the Europe Entrances (underneath Entrance D).

Is there free Wi-Fi available at the show?
For work spaces, free internet access and a device charging area, please visit the Business Lounge. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the Ruby Lounge, Park Foyer, Grand Café and Holland Restaurant.
Can I bring my pets?
Animals are not allowed in the venue except for companion dogs and guide dogs for visitors who are disabled.
Does my ISE 2020 ticket entitle me to use public transport for free?
Your ISE 2020 ticket has no validity on public transport in Amsterdam.
