Within the RAI there are multiple disabled facilities, multiple elevators to gain access to the different floors, disabled toilets, dedicated parking facilities and more.

Registration for the show is available online. Once you have registered, you will receive a voucher barcode. Bring this to one of the Registration areas at Entrances A, B, C or F and you will receive your entry badge.

There are ATMs inside Entrance C and outside Hall 2.
Cloakrooms are located in the Registration areas at Entrances C, E, F and L, and in the main area before Halls 1 & 2.
There are three first aid stations with qualified medical staff available onsite during show hours. These can be found at the crossing of Halls 9 / 10 / 11, next to Hall 2, and in the underground walkway between the Holland and the Europa Entrance (underneath Entrance D).
If assistance is required onsite, do not hesitate to dial +31 20 549 1234. First aid assistants can come over to help you.
There are five permanent restaurants at the RAI. There are also catering areas and food carts and stands all around the RAI – these are marked on the fold-out floorplan available at the show entrances, and on the floorplan within the ISE app. In total there are over 44 catering points within the RAI.
Toilets are indicated on signage in the halls and corridors of the RAI. They are also marked on the fold-out floorplan available at the show entrances, and on the floorplan within the ISE app.
Please be aware that at peak times, the onsite facilities will be very busy.

Stand rebooking begins on Wednesday afternoon in the Holland Lounge between Halls 12 and 13. All exhibitors have been given a timeslot on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday to book their stands for ISE 2020.
Please come to the onsite Press Room (Rooms K101 & K102) – located at the entrance of Halls 1 and 2, or ask at the front desk.
