ISE Instagram Challenge – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or over, worldwide. Employees of ISE, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible. The challenge is void where prohibited.

3. Challenge Duration

The challenge starts on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, and runs until 23:59 CET on February 3, 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow ISE on Instagram
• Like the official challenge post on Instagram
• Tag two real people in one comment on the post
  Multiple entries are allowed if additional unique tags are made in separate comments. Automated or bulk entries are not permitted.

5. Prize

One winner will receive an ISE merchandise pack.

The prize must be collected in person at ISE 2026, Fira de Barcelona (3–6 February 2026). No shipping or alternative delivery will be provided. If the winner cannot attend, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random every Tuesday from eligible entries received up to that point.
• The first draw will take place on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, and weekly draws will continue until the final draw on February 3, 2026.
• Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories and contacted by DM from the official ISE account.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, ISE reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Entries do not carry over to subsequent weeks; participants must enter each week to be eligible for that week’s draw.

7. Data Protection

By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the challenge, in accordance with GDPR and ISE’s Privacy Policy. Data will be deleted after the campaign unless further retention is required by law. For details, see the ISE Privacy Policy (link in bio).

8. Marketing Consent

Participants will not receive marketing communications unless they expressly opt in. No data will be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfillment.

9. Limitation of Liability

ISE is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the challenge or acceptance of the prize.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability related to the challenge.

11. General

ISE reserves the right to amend or cancel the challenge or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Decisions by ISE are final and binding.
