Exhibiting at ISE 2017

Exhibiting at ISE 2017 will place your company ‘centre stage’ in the world’s largest AV systems integration show. The first four-day ISE, which took place in February, was a huge success and broke all records for attendance and visitor engagement.

Commenting shortly after ISE 2016 finished Integrated Systems Events Managing Director, Mike Blackman said: “The volume of attendee traffic and its spread over the four days confirmed our belief that the extra day was necessary and that it would add value for visitors and exhibitors. I’m delighted to say that the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.”

This reaction is reflected in the advance floor space sales for ISE 2017. Exhibitor and stand re-bookings for next year are at 47,131 sq.m of sold space. This represents 102% of the total space sold for the 2016 edition and 95% of the total space available for 2017. To ensure that you are part of ISE 2017 you will need to book your exhibition space a soon as possible. The ISE International Sales Team will ensure that your enquiry is dealt with quickly. Once a booking is made our Operations Team will then ensure that you get the maximum benefit from your commitment from the moment you sign up through to the show taking place.

Why should you exhibit at ISE 2017?

Integrated Systems Europe is the international, professional destination of choice for the systems integration, digital signage, live events production, smart home and smart building communities. ISE 2016 was attended by 65,686 registered industry professionals coming from over 150 countries. This represents a 10.7% attendance growth year on year, and follows a trend that began 13 years ago when ISE was launched in Geneva. In taking a booth at ISE 2017 you are placing your company, its products and services right at the heart of the AV systems integration marketplace.

Over a third of all attendees were visiting ISE for the first time, something warmly welcomed by seasoned ISE exhibitors. And as the attendance has grown so has the number of on-site events, adding additional value to the ISE experience. These include: – Keynotes, Conferences, Show Floor Theatres, Tech Tours, Hosted Buyer Events and numerous opportunities for personal development via training programmes curated by ISE co-owners CEDIA and InfoComm International. These comprehensive learning and networking events are open to all exhibitors.

Strength in numbers

ISE 2016 not only attracted over 65,000 registered attendees but it also featured 1,103 exhibitors – the most in its history. In fact, sold space has continued to grow at around 10% per annum with net floor space reaching 44,108 sq.m at this year’s show. And with the addition of two new halls at the Amsterdam RAI for 2017 that trend is set to continue. The increase in exhibitors and attendees was a primary driver for the move to a four day show this year.

This shift ensured that exhibitors had the maximum time to present their new products, technologies and services to a growing visitor audience and to a press contingent that numbered over 500. ISE is recognised as the world’s leading technology shows for new product launches and company announcements. The feedback on the new four-day ISE has been universally welcomed – almost 16,000 registered attendees came to ISE’s first ever Friday.
