Hannah Eakins

Hannah leads the industry initiative Production Futures which create access and opportunities for newcomers into production careers.  As well as touring live events around the UK with their world leading partners, they connect newcomers to industry training, paid work and networking opportunities. The PF community has grown extensively over the last 8 years with a diverse global digital audience.  Alongside the tour runs the annual Breakthrough Talent Awards which recognises upcoming production newcomers, and the recently launched PF TALKS studio podcast available on YouTube. Hannah is a huge advocate for diversity and employability and is on a mission to ensure that every young person has visibility and access to creative and technical roles behind the stage and screen.
