Attendees will be able to see how the new XY-240 presence sensor triggers content when one or multiple persons or objects have been detected, and use the EF Series AirGesture sensor to swipe through page-like content. The XC-700 series with Nexmosphere’s new LightMark lighting protocol will also be on show. This allows users to connect animated LED strips to an installation, all controlled from the same digital signage player, by utilising a standard API set.
“The industry is currently propelled rapidly by accelerated technology acceptance and a technology implementation rate without precedent,” said Hubert van Doorne, Business Development Manager, Nexmosphere.
“Global retail has seen an immense rise in online purchases, even by audiences that previously shied away from online and preferred instore shopping. Retailers and brands have since acknowledged the need to join both types of consumer channels into a single transcending shopper experience that’s unmistakably data driven. Facilitating retail design professionals and system integrators with easy-to-implement sensor technologies is our way of closing the gap between retail theory and practice.”
