FIRA Barcelona
1-4 February 2022

COVID-19 testing at ISE@BarcelonaProtecting everyone at the event

There will be an on-site COVID-19 testing facility in Hall 1 of the Fira de Barcelona Gran Vía venue. Everyone must show a negative result, and have their temperature checked, before being permitted to enter the event.

Anyone who wants to enter Fira de Barcelona must register in advance and bring a pre-printed badge with them; this will then be linked to a validated negative COVID-19 test result to allow entry.

THOSE IN POSSESSION OF NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST RESULT

Attendees who already have a negative test result, which must have been carried out in the previous two days in order to remain valid until midnight on the day of entry, must bring this result to be validated at the Badge Printing & Test Validation Centre (in between the South Access and Hall 1 indicated on the floorplan by the orange arrow). Validated negative test results will then be linked to the attendee’s printed badge. This printed badge provides access to Fira de Barcelona via the South Access (indicated on the floorplan by the green arrows).

If you want to enter Fira de Barcelona after your test has expired, or you can get tested at Hall 1, free of charge. This will then grant you access to Fira de Barcelona on the day, and for two further days.

ON-SITE TESTING

Those visiting who do not have a negative COVID-19 test result can get tested, free of charge, in Hall 1 (indicated on the floorplan by the red arrow). Here the negative test result will be linked to the individual’s printed badge, which then gives access to Fira de Barcelona via the South Access (indicated on the floorplan by the green arrows).

It is recommended, but not essential, that you book a test time in advance.

Visitors from outside Spain:

In order to enter Spain you need to have a negative test that was carried out in the previous 72 hours. Therefore, please consider taking your test as close as possible to your flight so that this test is still valid to enter Fira de Barcelona.
