Fast Forward Friday is the umbrella title for several content streams on the final day of ISE 2026 themed around recruitment, skills and career development. Content is produced by ISE partners alongside AVIXA and CEDIA.
All sessions are free to attend, although some are invitation-only.

In this invitation-only event, students take part in 'speed dating' sessions with prospective employers and learn in detail about career pathways in the smart home industry.

Foresight in Action: A Practical Workshop for the Audiovisual Industry
This session will offer a hands-on introduction to foresight methodologies by engaging participants in building possible future scenarios for the audiovisual industry. Through a participatory and interactive format, attendees will explore how foresight and future studies work in practice in a condensed, dynamic session that combines explanation, discussion, and collaborative creation.

On Friday, frame:work, a community organisation for 'live pixel people', takes over the Xchange LIVE stage to present a series of hands-on skills sessions and interactive discussions for digital creatives.
