January’s RISE Spotlight had the theme of Live Events Experiences, Reinvented. Produced in association with TNW and powered by TPi, it took place on Wednesday 3 February 2021.

The event brought together professionals from many aspects of live music and live events for a rounded conversation on how live events have migrated online as a result of the pandemic, and how they will continue to adapt in the future. Recovery rates vary around the globe

According to AVIXA, the live events sector continues to be one of the hardest hit by COVID-19, with a 25% decline in revenue compared with the 2019 forecast in initial research. Final analysis, however, may show this decline to be as much as 40%.
